Payment Policy

When you place an order on our website, your payment information is securely processed by Shopify Payments, a third-party payment provider. This means that we do not store any of your payment information on our website, ensuring that your data is always kept safe and secure.

In terms of payment options, we accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop pay, Meta Pay and Discover. We also offer Apple Pay and Google Pay, which allows you to complete your purchase quickly and easily using the payment information stored in your device.


Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags if any, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please read our section "Return Policy" to check if your item is eligible for a return. 

Start a return

To start a return, you can contact us at with:

  • Your order number 
  • Tell us why you are returning the item(s)
  • If the item is damaged, please provide photos or videos to prove damage for a quicker item return, otherwise we won't accept the return.

If your return is accepted, you would need to follow the instructions below:

  • Print out a FedEx shipping label 
  • Pack up your item(s)
  • Drop off at any FedEx store location
  • Track your return easily online
  • Once we receive your eligible return, your refund will post to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Fees

1/ If the items received by customers are incorrect: wrong color, missing or badly damaged then we will pay for return shipping charges and any pickup fees.

2/ For any other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any pickup fees.

Return policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for furniture, chairs, tables, cabinets, sofas/couches, bed frames, big vases, heavy mirrors or hazardous materials and flammable liquids. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

MAÏCOSY offers a quicker items return upon Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video and send name, content, order number and date to


MAÏCOSY accept the return for any of the following cases:


1. Orders Delayed.

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from the warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:

a. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 days after orders departed from the warehouse.

d. For some special shipping methods, MAÏCOSY cannot process your disputes. Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for customers to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.


2. Orders not Received.

MAÏCOSY will not refund or resend the item if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

a. If customers do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

b. Tracking information alert: the tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) No such number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.


a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, customers will need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company.
During the return, MAÏCOSY takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

b. MAÏCOSY will not process refund until we receive the returned items.

c. MAÏCOSY cannot offer a refund or resend new item if customer don’t process the undelivered orders.


3. Products Damaged.

MAÏCOSY offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

MAÏCOSY offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).


a. Customer shall open or send a dispute within 5 days after packages are delivered.

b. For electronic products, Customer shall open or send a dispute within 10 days after packages are delivered.


4. Incorrect or Missing Products.

MAÏCOSY will process incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, MAÏCOSY offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., MAÏCOSY offers a refund or resend if customer provide a screenshot of complaint including name, content, reference number and date to

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, MAÏCOSY may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, MAÏCOSY will resend the product only.


5. Orders Cancellation.

For orders cancellation, MAÏCOSY offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouse:

a. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.

b. After payment, private inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for customer.

c. After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as MAÏCOSY has planned and prepared shipment for customer after payment.


6. Unacceptable Disputes.

MAÏCOSY shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer/customer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The buyer/customer ordered the wrong items

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by local post offices.

h. Gift Cards cannot be returned.

i. Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage.

j. Products not purchased through MAÏCOSY store.

k. Products with their own individual warranty policy.

l. MAÏCOSY reserves the right to refuse any RMAs applied if RMA fraud is found from the customer.


7. For large, heavy, or fragile item(s) delivered via special carrier:

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an MAÏCOSY error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:

  • The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)

  • Product inspection at our return facility (up to 5 business days)

  • Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).

You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.


Unshipped Items Return Policy

  • 25 % restocking fee will be charged for unshipped item returns without valid reason within 30 days of the original order being processed.
